Savor the flavor and kick off the season with the Buffalo Chicken (P345), made with real, white-meat crispy chicken breast, with no added hormones ot antibiotics, slow-cooked sous vide (a fine dining technique that prevents overcooking) in a creamy buttermilk marinade. After that, it’s dredged and breaded by hand and crisp-fried to-order every single time. It is smothered in the Shack developed Buffalo sauce, topped with Ranch sauce over pickles and shredded lettuce over a toasted potato bun.

 

In the mood for a quick snack or something to bring on-the-go? Buffalo Chicken Bites (P245 for 6pcs; P355 for 10pcs) is the answer! Have fun munching on crispy pieces of 100% white meat chicken, hand-breaded and crisp fried to order. One can never go wrong with the Buffalo Cheese Fries (P235): crispy crinkle cuts topped with cheese sauce and dusted with Buffalo seasoning, served with ranch sauce.

Adding a Shack twist to the classic Buffalo Sauce is the more pronounced vinegary notes with a hint of garlic. Creating a creamy profile is another signature sauce, Ranch sauce, made more savory by the addition of parmesan cheese, perfecting the recipe to complement the custom spice blend in our Buffalo sauce.
