(SFRI) regards your privacy with utmost importance.  SFRI will be the sole owner of the information collected through this website, as well as all revisions and changes to the information.  The personal information we collect from you shall be used:  (i) to contact you;  (ii) to respond to your inquiries; and (iii) to develop our products and deliver information to you about the products, services, or website pertaining to Shake Shack and other brands under the SSI Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or the Rustan’s Group of companies.  We shall store all information collected as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as we are required by law.

 

All information provided will be kept confidential and will not be sold, leased, conveyed, or shared with any third party outside SFRI, the SSI Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or the Rustan’s Group of Companies, unless authorized by you or if necessary to respond to your concern.  In some instances, we may also be required to disclose your personal information to our agents, partners, and other third party service providers as part of business operations and the provision of our products and services.  Unless you specifically ask us not to, your information may be used for us to contact you via email or Short Message Service (SMS) to inform you about promos, new products or services of Shake Shack, other brands under the SSI Group, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or the Rustan’s Group of companies or changes to that policy.

 

We will not share your personal information with other third parties which may use your personal data to send you information and marketing materials about their products and services. However, we will only pass your personal data on to such third parties if you have ticked an “”opt-in”” box in our online registration forms to indicate that you wish to receive such information.
