Job Description:
Shack Members are responsible for executing day-to-day operations duties and responsibilities that support operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality. Excellent execution of kitchen and floor duties and responsibilities, ensuring high productivity and efficiency is also expected from them. They should also be aware of the different controlling methods at the Shack to ensure operational excellence and consistency, reducing high wastage.
They also work to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards, ensuring safety and cleanliness. They should also be aware and responsible regarding their own training and development with the assistance and supervision of the Shack Management Team.
  • With 2-3 years Food & Beverage experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • College Level, preferably with Hospitality Management educational background or equivalent
  • Preferably with Food & Beverage experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has the ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift
