Shack Supervisor
Job Description:
Shack Supervisors are responsible for leading the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of Shack by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality. They are directly in charge of shift functions and leading Shack Members during their day to day duties and responsibilities. They manage the flow of service to ensure the highest level of Safety, Cleanliness, Quality and Speed, while simultaneously upholding the Shack standards of Hospitality in all interactions.
They also lead the shift through proper kitchen and floor management ensuring that the shift is highly productive and efficient. They assist in monitoring of all administrative functions such as but not limited to Receiving, Inventory and Scheduling at the Shack to ensure operational excellence and consistency. They lead and work to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards, ensuring safety and cleanliness. Shack Supervisors also directly manage Shack Members’ training, development and growth plans and progressive discipline when appropriate.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Hospitality Management, Business or equivalent
- With 2-3 years Food & Beverage experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Has the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Has the ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Shack Operations
- Has the ability to drive hospitality and inspires other to do so
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Knowledgeable on the financial aspects of the business operations
- Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift
